Prerequisite for Service

OFFICIAL NOTICE: As a precaution and to ensure the timely delivery of services, you must be a confirmed contact in the Orchids Octopi client database for at least 48 hours before initial print services are rendered.

Submission of your contact info is a one-time requirement that must occur prior to your first print service request.

Page Count Pricing: Black and White

• 1-50 pages: $0.10 - $0.20 per page
• 51-100 pages: $0.08 - $0.15 per page
• 101-500 pages: $0.06 - $0.12 per page
• 501+ pages: Custom Quote

Page Count Pricing: Color

• 1-50 pages: $0.30 - $0.50 per page
• 51-100 pages: $0.25 - $0.45 per page
• 101-500 pages: $0.20 - $0.40 per page
• 501+ pages: Custom Quote

 

 Standard Paper:

• Standard Paper: Basic, uncoated paper.
• Base Price: $0.10 per page (black and white) / $0.30 per page (color)

Premium Paper:

• Premium Paper: Higher quality, often with a smoother finish.
• Upcharge: +$0.05 per page (black and white) / +$0.10 per page (color)

Glossy or Specialty Paper:

• Glossy or Specialty Paper: High-quality, coated paper for vibrant colors and sharp images.
• Upcharge: +$0.10 per page (black and white) / +$0.20 per page (color)

Important Considerations

Non-Standard Size Surcharge:

Size and Complexity:

• Larger sizes generally cost more due to more materials and ink usage.
• More complex or color-intensive prints use more ink and require more time, increasing the cost.
• Reproducing fine art requires canvas or cardstock (thicker paper) and may additionally require color correction, increasing the cost.

Thus, art that does not conform to standard letter size (8x11 inches) on standard paper and that requires canvas or cardstock includes an upcharge. The variation in cost changes according to color saturation, materials, and editing needs, and is priced according to the following chart.

 

• Small Prints (e.g., 5x7 inches): $15 - $30 each
• Medium Prints (e.g., 11x14 inches): $30 - $60 each
• Large Prints (e.g., 13x19 inches): $60 - $120 each 

 

Delivery Limitations:

Local delivery (as opposed to shipping) is limited to the Jacksonville, Florida area, and Same-Day services require pickup from a designated location on the south side of Jacksonville.

  • Delivery between 9 am and 9 pm on the next available Saturday.

  • Price: $15 + cost of supplies
  • Delivery within 72 hours
  • Delivery after 5 pm on weekdays and from 9 am and 9 pm on weekends. 
  • Some exclusions apply (e.g., Federal Holidays)
     
• Same-Day 
  • Price: $25 + cost of supplies
  • No delivery (Pickup Only)
  • Order must be placed before 10 am. 
  • Pickup after 5 pm on weekdays and from 9 am and 9 pm on weekends.

Sample Proof: We offer a first proof as a complimentary service to ensure satisfaction before the full run. Please note proofs will be watermarked and will not exceed standard letter size.
